At Lady Black Tie, we want you to feel confident in your formal wear purchase. If your gown isn't the perfect fit, you can return eligible items for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold your gown and place it in the original packaging with all designer tags still attached and the security ribbon intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects your return for signs of wear or damage, a digital gift card will be emailed to you for future use.
